Privacy notice for the Tiny Canvas waitlist

This notice covers the waitlist only. The Tiny Canvas app will have its own privacy notice when it launches.

Who is responsible for your data

David Watts, a sole trader trading as Tiny Canvas, is the data controller. You can contact me at [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address.
• What you paint, if you choose to tell us.
• The campaign that brought you to the page, taken from the link you followed, or "direct" if there wasn't one.
• The time you signed up and confirmed, and the IP address you used, which MailerLite records as proof that you agreed to receive our emails.

The page counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Tiny Canvas launches and to give you your first month of the Hobbyist plan free. What you paint and where you came from help us decide what to build and where to tell people about it. The lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or by emailing us.

Who processes it for us

MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, an EU company) stores the waitlist and sends our emails. Cloudflare hosts this page. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If you unsubscribe, we delete your details. MailerLite may keep your email address on a suppression list so you aren't emailed again. If you haven't created an account and haven't opened or clicked any of our emails, we delete your details 6 months after launch.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, object to how we use them, or ask us to stop using them for a while. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
